Micro-encapsulation technology

Patented Miosol TM technology allows the introduction of active substances to microcapsules made up of cell-like components –phospholipids. These microcapsules are called liposomes, they insure the efficient absorption of encapsulated vitamins, herbal extracts and other active substances in the body.

Miosol™

This technology provides advantages that cannot be found in any other products:

• Protects nutrients from acidic degradation in the stomach (pH 1.5 – 4.0);
• Increases absorption rates of nutrients up to 6 times;
• Increases stability of light-sensitive nutrients (D3, K2, B12, Curcumin);
• Increases stability of oxygen-sensitive compounds;
• Encapsulation is natural, learned from nature: uses the basic principal of cell’s ability to encapsulate the compounds for digestion;
• Allows encapsulation of fat-soluble and water-soluble compounds at their fully dissolved single-molecular form;
• Prevents stomach irritation, which is normally caused due to interaction between nutrients and the lining of the stomach.

In people with lactose intolerance decreases symptoms (diarrhea, bloating, pain). It is best to combine with probiotics (4). One study showed insulin-reducing effects in obese children (5). Works at pH 4-7, if derived from Penicillium multicolor works at pH 2,5-7 (6).

                    Cellulose – the most common organic polymer in the Earth. The walls of plants consist of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Intestinal bacteria allow herbivores to absorb glucose from cellulose, microscopic fungi convert biomass (=biodegradability) (1). Helps to maintain normal sugar level (breaks down cellulose slowly, resulting in glucose being released gradually) and cholesterol level (by releasing indigestible fibers that „absorb” fat, including cholesterol) in the blood (2), increase antioxidant levels (release polyphenols) (3), and the health of the digestive system (4). May help prevent/regulate diabetes (type 2) (5). Excessive cellulose inhibits the activity; optimal pH 4.2 – 5.2 (6 )
